At TivimatePro, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their tivimate subscription. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for our IPTV service.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription date
  • This is your first subscription with TivimatePro
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • You have made a reasonable effort to use our customer support to resolve any issues before requesting a refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request submitted after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals (only initial subscriptions are refundable)
  • Issues caused by user-side problems (slow internet connection, incompatible devices, ISP throttling)
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription credentials shared or resold to third parties
  • Promotional offers or discounted plans marked as non-refundable at time of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

  2. Include your order number, registered email address, and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. We will provide a confirmation email once the refund has been issued from our end.

6. Partial Refunds

In specific cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription. These cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

7. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period unless covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and additional administrative fees.
